I’ve always been crazy about animals, even though I never had a pet of my own (unless you count turtles and goldfish, lol). I never missed a chance to be around friends’ dogs or community dogs, and I found refuge in their unconditional love.
My journey truly began in college, when I started pet-sitting for friends just for fun — my only reward was cuddles, wagging tails, and fur all over my clothes. Over time, I realized what was missing in India’s pet care ecosystem: reliable, transparent services for pet parents, and meaningful opportunities for animal lovers.
That’s when I set out to build PetSaathi — a platform where pets get the best care, parents enjoy peace of mind, and pet lovers like me can spend time with animals, care for them, and spread joy, while also being rewarded for doing something they love.
To prepare myself, I worked as a pet-sitter and dog walker for premium clients, treating every pet like my own. Each one I cared for, I grew completely obsessed with — and they with me. Through this journey, I saw firsthand the challenges pet parents face, and how unorganized and unprofessional parts of the industry can be.
This is how PetSaathi was born — not just as a service, but as a movement to build a trusted pet care ecosystem. With transparency, accountability, and empathy at our core, we’re creating something that ensures pets always come first.
My childhood experiences, combined with everything I’ve learned along the way, shaped the vision for PetSaathi: to deliver personalized, professional, and loving care to as many pets as possible, while empowering fellow pet lovers to join us and make a real difference in the lives of our furry friends.
